Perishable Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods (cookies, cakes, brownies, and other food items), all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on food products once they have been delivered or picked up, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives damaged, stale, or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll need:

- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We'll work with you to provide a replacement or store credit for future purchases.
Custom Orders
Custom cakes and special orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.
Baking Supplies
Unopened and unused baking supplies may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
